We wanted to check in with a quick update on early shipments for the Rogue Hoodie and some exciting updates on the growth of the brand! ⚔️🔥📸
All backers who requested early Rogue Hoodie shipping before January 27th—your hoodies have officially been sent out and are delivering now! While we encountered some delays due to global fulfillment changes, we worked through the challenges and made the necessary adjustments. It took longer than expected, but we’re happy to say that the shipments are moving!
📦 Shipping Timeline:
- Rogue Hoodies were shipped on February 14th
- 70% have already been delivered
- The remaining orders are either out for delivery or in transit
Each of you who opted for early shipping received a tracking email on February 17th with a unique link to track your package. If you missed the email or need your tracking link, just message us on Kickstarter—we’ll be happy to resend it!

Our past photography was entirely homemade, so being able to bring together a full production crew and professional models in a studio was a huge milestone. It wouldn’t have been possible without your support—this campaign exceeded all our expectations, and we’re beyond grateful.

Rogue Hoodie Production Complete + Shipping Surveys Incoming!

Hey Adventurers, we've got some big news 🎉🗝️🌙
We’re thrilled to share that production of the Rogue Hoodie is officially complete! 🎉 This marks a huge milestone for Patch Notes Apparel, and we can’t wait to get these hoodies into your hands.
⬇️Here’s what’s happening next:
👉 If you only ordered the Rogue hoodie: we'll be fulfilling your reward through the standard process, we ask that you please check your address on BackerKit as soon as possible.
👉 If you ordered the Rogue Hoodie and other items: you’ll be receiving a Google Survey in your email within the next 24 hours. This survey will allow you to let us know if you’d like:
- Your Rogue Hoodie shipped early, OR
- To wait and receive everything together when your full order is ready.
Please complete the survey by Jan 24th if you would like your Rogue hoodie shipped by Jan 27th. Surveys submitted later than this date will be shipped after the Chinese New Year Holiday.
For those opting for early shipping, please double-check that your BackerKit address is up to date, as that’s where we’ll send your Rogue Hoodie.
➡️For those opting to have their Rogue Hoodie shipped early, please note that this may result in an additional shipping charge for the rest of your order when it’s ready. The total shipping charge for your full order will only be finalized once production is complete, as we’ll need exact weights for each individual shipment. If you prefer to avoid two shipping charges, you can choose to wait for your full order to be shipped together.
As we prepare for shipping, we’ll also be charging cards for any add-ons or additional selections made in your BackerKit survey or our preorder store. If you didn’t select any extras, you won’t be billed.
For those who did, here’s what to expect:
- The charge will appear on your bank statement as PATCHNOTESAPPAREL.COM.
- Charges will begin by 3 PM EST on 1/23.
If there are any issues with your payment, you’ll receive an email prompting you to update your card information.

The next time we ship, the full production order (all styles and snaps) will be completed, which we estimate to be around late March. We’re so excited to see everything come together and get these rewards out to you!

With regards to production, we have some big news about timeline and fulfillment for your rewards! Here's the latest:
Rogues rejoice!🗡️🗝️Production for the Rogue Hoodie is on track to finish this month! 🎉 Once it's complete, we'll calculate shipping and offer to send it to backers who pledged for this item.

What If You Backed Multiple Items?: If your pledge includes other hoodies or snap accessories, you’ll have the option to:
- Receive your Rogue Hoodie first.
- Wait until your full reward is ready for a single shipment.

The remaining 5 hoodie styles and all snap accessories are expected to complete production throughout late February through March. To ensure a smooth process, we plan to hold shipments for these items until everything is finished, allowing us to ship all items in one package.

Important Update on Delivery Timeline + Exciting Product Improvements!

Hey Adventurers! 📯⚔️
Thank you all for your incredible support and patience as we bring Patch Notes Apparel to life, it's been an incredibly busy October and November for us and we've been eager to be able to update you all here. Thank you for your patience while we confirmed some final details.
I wanted to update you all on the delivery timeline for your rewards, this is something that's been a hot topic for us since starting the production process. Initially, we estimated December for delivery, but based on new production forecasts, production completion is now expected between January and March 2025. After which, we've shifted our shipping strategy to allow us to begin shipping as soon as possible after production finishes.
While we’ve worked hard to stay on track, a few challenges arose that affected this timeline. There were minor delays in the fabric weaving and knitting process, which were addressed as quickly as possible. Additionally, our production partner has a full schedule, compounded by the upcoming Chinese New Year (late January to mid-February). Most significantly, delays in a larger retailer’s order have impacted the production timeline for our production partner, resulting in adjustments to our production slot.
That said, I want to affirm that we’re doing everything in our power to expedite production. We’ve asked our production partner to complete as many steps as possible in advance. Currently, they’re working on cutting fabrics and zippers, pre-embroidering, pre-quilting, and preparing our custom trims and labels. This ensures that when our final assembly production slot begins, we’re fully prepared for a smooth and efficient process. We’re pushing to bring the timeline as close to January as possible while maintaining the exceptional quality you expect. Our designs are a labor of love, and ensuring top quality remains our north star throughout production.
Now, on to some exciting news!
1️⃣ First Snap Samples Are Here – The Claw Mark Shield snap has arrived in multiple colors, and it’s looking better than ever. Below, you can see images of this snap in all three colors: Gunmetal Silver, Gold, and Copper. ⛓️
2️⃣ Crystal Drawcord Glow-Up – For both Sorcerer class hoodies, we’ve added a magical touch to the crystal-tipped drawcords. They’re now red and have a green glow in the dark color—an exciting enhancement! ✨
3️⃣ Enhanced Martialist Sleeve Gloves – We’ve redesigned the thumbholes on the Martialist Sleeve Gloves to make them more comfortable and more versatile. Now, you can wear them as gloves or pull them over your wrists and wear them like arm sleeves for added comfort and functionality. 💪
We’ll continue to keep you updated every step of the way and are committed to delivering your rewards as soon as possible. I’m grateful for your understanding and promise the wait will be worth it!

Hey Adventurers! 👋🥳
We're excited to share that production has officially begun for the first line of Patch Notes Apparel Hoodies!
Late last week marked the beginning of step 1: Fabric and Material construction!
What does this mean? We've specifically requested the fabric for our collection to be freshly woven and dyed. This ensures top-notch quality once our fabric it's ready for sewing. In about 35-45 days, we'll receive an updated batch of samples for final review before moving onto the bulk construction and crafting of each final hoodie.
Why does this matter? High quality and design are at the core of our mission to empower your adventurous spirit. We refuse to cut corners on cost at the expense of quality. Ultimately, we want each of you to be thrilled with your hoodies so that you can continue your adventures in style!
When will I receive my Pledge? While we are still aiming for a December delivery date, we are currently about two weeks behind schedule. This delay is due to our dedication to waiting for at least 70% of survey completions and our decision to use freshly woven fabric to ensure every piece meets our high standards. We are devoted to delivering top-quality apparel that will become a staple in your wardrobe, and we want to make sure we're producing enough of each style and size for everyone based on the survey results!
There are still 120 backers who have yet to complete their surveys. We've extended the deadline as much as possible and sent out reminders. If you haven't completed your survey yet, please do so or DM us if you're having trouble. We know the survey experience can be confusing for first time backers and we're here to help!
As we navigate these exciting times, your support not only fuels our progress but also reinforces our commitment to delivering the best possible product. We will keep you updated every step of the way and are always here to answer any questions you may have.
