Does each reward tier only offer what's shown in the image?

No, the reward tiers just represent the quantity of hoodies you’d like to receive. When the campaign ends, we’ll be sending out surveys where you can pick which hoodies you’d like and what size you’d like.

What should I do if I want to get 3 or 5 hoodies?

If you’d like to get 3 hoodies we recommend that you pledge the two hoodie bundle and then include a third hoodie as an add-on.

What is the delivery cost?

You can check the Estimated Delivery table on our project page to find the approximate delivery cost for your country.

Due to the fluctuating nature of shipping costs and as delivery is a few months away, we cannot provide a final price at this moment. However we have worked hard to get a number of quotes and provide you with estimates that are as accurate as possible.

When do I pay for delivery?

Shortly before delivery begins to take place, we will contact you to get your address and will calculate the best rate according to your location. At that moment you will be able to pay for delivery at the best available price to complete your order.

Are international duties and taxes included in the price?

What RPG games did you pull inspiration from?

We pulled inspiration from a wide range of popular RPG titles for each of our designs. Each class we designed for was designed based on a combination of equipment themes, class vibe, and what kind of modern style was closest to the kind of aesthetic we were going for. This means that for each design we pulled inspiration from different games and sources so that we could specifically design for the exact class that we envisioned. Some of the names we pulled from are: Dugeons & Dragons, Final Fantasy (XIV, XI, VIIR, III, Tactics, and many other titles in this series), Dragon Age: inquisition, Legend of Zelda: TOTR, Elden Ring, Vox Machina, Magic the Gathering, Assassins Creed (the entire series), Destiny 2, God of War: Ragnarok, Monster Hunter: Rise & Wilds, Tekken 8, and League of Legends.

Will there be a Men's / Unisex fit Rogue and Martialist?

While we wont be able to release a Men’s / Unisex version of the Rogue or the Martialist with this Kickstarter campaign, it’s absolutely something we’re going to be releasing in the future. We didn’t include these in this launch because we wanted to show off as wide of a variety of class designs and styles as possible. We’ll be doing these up in the future with lots of similar themes and some differences just like how we did the two versions of the Sorcerer class hoodies.

That being said, we won’t be able to release these styles at all if our campaign does not reach our funding goal. We ask that if you’re interested in our apparel that you pledge now for our current styles and be on the look out for the other styles that we’ll hopefully be releasing by next year. We greatly appreciate your understand and support on this matter!

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
